Hi, we’re your hosts Rhiannon and Peter Fernandes. We live and work on Martha’s Vineyard year-round, and since 2012 we’ve been sharing our home with guests from all over the world! We love traveling and staying in vacation rentals ourselves, and after hosting for more than a decade, we know what it takes to make your stay exceptional - cleanliness, amenities, location, and great service with a dash of local flavor. We strive for nothing less than 5-star reviews, and are hands-on owners who take great pride in providing the perfect home base for your Vineyard vacation.

Why we chose Leah’s Landing

We are Massachusetts natives with over 20 years of experience as landlords. We first visited the Vineyard in 2011 when, after losing our five year old daughter Leah to cancer, some friends invited us here to get away for the weekend.  The island captured our hearts, became our sanctuary, and eventually our home.  Only months after our first visit, we decided it was the right time to invest in our business and ourselves, and purchased 9 DeBettencourt Circle. It was a diamond in the rough in all it’s ‘70’s glory, but with a lot of elbow grease it has been transformed into a modern, updated beach house. We've raised our son here and made wonderful memories after many difficult ones. We hope you feel the love in our little slice of paradise and create your own lasting memories with friends and family that will be treasured for years to come.

We fell in love with the sunny, open floor plan and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs that Leah’s Landing offers.
